Under 18 Soccer 2010- 2011

October 13th
Schull Community College 4 Rochestown College 1

The U18 boys team had an excellent performance in the first round of the Munster Youth Cup. They took the lead in the first half through a magnificent long range shot from centre-back Stephen O'Mahony but found themselves level at 1-1 at half time.
In the second half, striker Sean Evans scored a wonderful hat-trick to give a 4-1 result in favour of Schull. An excellent start to the year.

November 15th

Schull Community College 3 Colaiste Choilm 1

In the second round of the Munster Youth Cup, Schull faced much tougher opposition in Colaiste Choilm Ballincollig. To make things harder, Schull were missing several key players for this fixture. However, Sean Evans scored the opening goal to give Schull the lead. He then got a second followed by a great header by centre back Gavin Mc Entegart, to put them 3-0 up. This was an outstanding performance by the team in every position, particularly Tadgh O'Mahony, Gerald O'Callaghan and Caolain Coakley.

Junior Girls Soccer 2009-2010

10th October
Schull Community College 2 - 5 Colaiste Mhuire Buttervant
Our first away match of the league ended in disappointment for the junior girls, despite a great all round team performance luck wasn't on their side.

6th November
Schull Community College 3 - 2 Presentation convent Bandon
Next up in the league was a home match against the Convent school in Bandon. On a wet miserable day in the town park, the girls put in a fighting and courageous display to come out winners.

13th November
Schull Community College 7 - 0 St Patricks Gardiners Hill, Cork
Once again on home turf, the girls proved unstoppable with a goal scoring spree. An excellent team performance was on display once again
Goals were scored by Clodagh O'Callaghan, Stephanie O'Regan, Karen Mc Sweeney, Michelle Lucey, Amy Dineen and Lucy Hunt.
