Agricultural Science
Subjects
The Agriculutral science class is always busy and the sixth years went to Killarney to study Ecology on a very wet day in October, while the 5th years went to Caherbeg pig farm in Rosscarbery to learn about free range animals! Later in the year 6th years went to Darragh Agricultural College, Clonakilty.
5th Years will travel to Richard O'Connell's REPS farm in the new year.
The subject is offered in 4th, 5th and 6th year and the following topics are covered:

All students have a project to complete which goes towards 25% of their leaving certificate grade!
